At the annual general meeting in 2005, the Nursing Alumni Association was renamed the Nursing and Midwifery Alumni Association in line with the renaming of the Faculty of Nursing to the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery. At the AGM the decision was also made to cease membership fees but continue to recruit members to the Nursing and Midwifery Alumni Association.

Membership of the Association helps us keep in contact with you, so you can be informed of special events and Alumni gatherings. It’s also your way of keeping in touch with the Faculty and wider University.

Nursing and Midwifery Alumni Scholarship Fund

The decision to establish a Nursing and Midwifery Alumni Scholarship Fund was also made at the annual general meeting in 2005 as part of the decision to cease membership fees.
